摘要
随着社会经济的不断发展,建筑行业的市场竞争愈发激烈,想要在激烈的市场竞争中,确立领先地位,就要加强质量安全管理,确保各个施工环节都能够高质量安全竣工,以此为建筑单位获取更多的经济效益和社会效益。本文对建筑工程质量安全管理常见的影响因素,进行了简要分析后,重点阐述了具体的管理措施,其中涵盖了创新升级管理机制、科学合理地应用施工技术及强化人员综合素养等,旨在提升施工质量和安全,以期为相关人员提供参考和借鉴。
With the continuous development of social economy,the market competition of the construction industry becomes increasingly fierce.In order to establish a leading position in the fierce market competition,it is necessary to strengthen the quality safety management,ensure that all construction links can be completed with high quality safety,so as to obtain more economic and social benefits for the construction unit.This paper briefly analyzes the common influencing factors of construction project quality safety management,focuses on specific management measures,including innovation and upgrading management mechanism,scientific and reasonable application of construction technology and strengthening the comprehensive literacy of personnel,aiming to improve construction quality and safety,and provide reference for relevant personnel.
