摘要
北京大兴地区通过大兴临空经济区、自由贸易试验区和综合保税区的发展建设,现已成为京津冀地区优惠政策最多、营商环境最优越的地区之一,同样也是探索京津冀协同发展新路径的重要突破口。由于大兴临空区、自贸区、综保区在宏观目标和战略定位上具有共性,使得“三区”具有联动发展的可行性和必然性。在此基础上,分析论述“三区”联动对于京津冀协同发展的驱动效应,提出大兴地区未来发展建议,能够为推动京津冀协同发展提供新思路。
Through the development and construction of Daxing Linkong Economic Zone,Pilot Free Trade Zone and Comprehensive Free Trade Zone,Beijing Daxing Area has now become one of the regions with the most preferential policies and the most superior business environment in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and is also an important breakthrough in exploring a new path for the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.Because the Daxing Linkong Zone,the Free Trade Zone and the Comprehensive Insurance Zone have commonalities in terms of macro objectives and strategic positioning,the"three zones"have the feasibility and inevitability of linkage development.On this basis,the driving effect of the"three districts"linkage on the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is discussed and discussed,which can provide new ideas for promoting the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.
