摘要
带式输送机是煤矿井下运输的重要设备。但由于矿井下环境恶劣,带式输送机经常会发生各种机械故障,使得开采出的煤炭资源无法被及时运输出去,进而影响开采的效率和安全性。因此,要加强对带式输送机运行过程中出现的各种问题的分析。主要针对带式输送机的常见故障进行了分析,并提出了相对应的处理措施。
Belt conveyor is an important equipment for underground transportation in coal mines.However,due to the harsh underground environment of the mine,various mechanical failures often occur on belt conveyors,which prevents the timely transportation of mined coal resources,thereby affecting the efficiency and safety of mining.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the analysis of various problems that occur during the operation of belt conveyors.This paper mainly analyzed the common faults of belt conveyors,and proposed corresponding treatment measures.
