摘要
防水施工是富含水隧道建设重难点之一,尤其当二次衬砌混凝土出现窟窿、裂缝、脱落、止水带外露均易导致渗漏水情况出现。依托郑万高铁魏家坡1号隧道工程,采用二次衬砌拱部纵向退管带模注浆新工艺,可有效提高隧道二次衬砌拱部区域注浆饱满度以避免出现脱空渗水;采用自粘式防水板,可有效避免防水板铺设过程中可能出现破损引起窜水现象;采用V型槽零搭接橡胶缓冲式二次衬砌台车就位新工艺,可有效避免隧道二次衬砌施工缝出现“月牙状”压溃开裂导致渗漏水等弊端,极大幅度提高了隧道二次衬砌的整体防水效果。
Waterproof construction is one of the key and difficult points in the construction of water-rich tunnels,especially when the secondary lining concrete appears holes,cracks,falls off,and the waterstop leaks,which are very easy to cause water leakage.Relying on the Weijiapo No.1 Tunnel Project of Zhengzhou-Wanzhou High-speed Railway,the new technology of longitudinal pipe withdrawal grouting with formwork at the arch of the secondary lining is adopted,which can effectively improve the grouting plumpness of the arch area of the tunnel secondary lining to avoid void seepage;the use of self-adhesive waterproof board effectively can avoid water channeling caused by possible damage during waterproof board laying;the use of new technology of V-shaped slot zero lap rubber buffered secondary lining trolley in place can effectively avoid the defects of water leakage caused by u crescent shapedn collapse and cracking of the tunnel secondary lining construction joint,and gready improve the overall waterproof effect of the tunnel secondary lining.
