特长铁路隧道横向和高程贯通误差调整技术研究

Research on Adjustment Techniques for Transversal and Elevation Through Error of Extra-Long Railway Tunnel Construction

摘要 针对特长铁路隧道横向和高程贯通误差过大易导致贯通面附近二衬侵界和线路平面线形调整等“红线”问题,以穿越龙门山地震断裂带某相向开挖且长度超过20 km特长隧道为例,根据现场二衬施工和隧道开挖实际情况在隧道贯通面附近布设长约2 km的贯通单导线并精确测定隧道的实际横向及高程贯通误差,然后针对满足规范限差要求的横向贯通误差采用强制约束平差方法在贯通面前后1 km范围进行调整。针对已经超限的高程贯通误差提出两种调整方案:(1)在隧道出洞口设置断高点,将高程贯通误差转化为断高值,然后调整隧道洞内一定范围的纵坡坡度以消除高程贯通误差;(2)在隧道洞内水准贯通测量时将高差闭合差(高程贯通误差)平均反号分配到间隔1 km的相邻水准点间高差中以达到消化高程贯通误差的目的。 In response to the significant transversal and elevation through errors in extra-long tunnels,which can easily lead to critical issues such as intrusions into the secondary lining adjacent the tunnel through plane and adjustments of the track plane,this paper takes an example of a special long tunnel,over 20 km in length,excavated through the Longmen Mountain seismic fault zone.Firstly,based on the actual conditions of the secondary lining construction and tunnel excavation on-site,a single passage wire of about 2 km was arranged near the tunnel penetration section,and the actual lateral and elevation alignment errors of the tunnel were accurately measured.Secondly,to adjust the lateral alignment error that meets the standard limit requirements,a constrained adjustment method was used within a 1 km range before and after the penetration section.For the elevation through error that has already exceeded the limit,two adjustment methods were proposed in this paper:(1)setting a break point at the tunnel outlet to convert the elevation through error into a break value and then adjusting the longitudinal slope of a certain range within the tunnel to eliminate the elevation through error;(2)distributing the mean negative value of the height difference closure error(elevation through error)to the height differences between adjacent leveling points at intervals of 1 km during the leveling alignment measurement inside the tuimel to achieve the purpose of digesting the elevation through error.
