摘要
目的探索并建立非肿瘤类安宁疗护患者的综合医院-社区双向转介标准与转介服务流程。方法通过文献回顾初步建立非肿瘤类疾病评估条目,设计李克特式量表开展信函式专家咨询,邀请权威安宁疗护服务专家进行指标评分,采用界值法、主成分分析法和专家集中判断法构建各类疾病的转介指标及标准体系。结果通过两种量化分析方法,结合集中式咨询,最终构成了以病种为单位的安宁中心-社区非肿瘤类安宁疗护患者双向转诊评估指标体系。结论该研究构建的转诊评估指标体系能够有效地形成全科医生和专科医生对于安宁疗护服务双向转诊的共识,提高安宁疗护服务资源的有效利用。
Objective To explore and establish the general hospital-community two-way referral standard and referral service process for non-tumor hospice patients.Methods Through literature review,the evaluation items of non-tumor diseases were initially established.Likert scale was designed,expert consultation was carried out by le-tter,experts of authoritative hospice care service were invited to score the indicators,and the referral indicators of diseases and corresponding standard system were constructed by boundary value method,principal component analysis method,and expert centralized judgment method.Results This study used two quantitative analysis methods,combined with centralized consultation,and finally formed a two-way referral evaluation index system of hospice community non-tumor hospice patients.Conclusion This study initially constructed the"general hospital-community two-way referral standard"for non-tumor patients based on disease type.The referral evaluation index system constructed in this study can effectively form the consensus of general practitioners and specialists on the two-way referral of hospice care service,and improve the effective utilization of hospice care service resources.
