摘要
为有效防控不充分保护层卸压工作面开采过程中产生的冲击地压问题,以宽沟煤矿I010203工作面为工程背景,采用数值模拟等方法,研究了该工作面开采期间的应力分布规律,分析了工作面潜在的冲击危险区域,结果表明:位于上保护层边界下方的煤柱区域应力高度集中,具有较高的冲击危险性。提出采用顶板预裂爆破卸压措施,消除煤柱应力集中的条件,现场实践表明,该措施有效可行,实现了工作面安全回采。
In order to effectively prevent and control the rock burst problem in the mining process of the pressure-relief working face of insufficient protective layer,taking the I010203 working face of Kuangou coal mine as the engineering background,numerical simulation were used to study the stress distribution characteristics of the working face during mining and analyzed the potential impact risk area of the working face.The results show that:the stress in the coal pillar under the boundary of the upper protective layer is highly concentrated and has higher impact risk.The pressure relief measure of roof pre-splitting blasting is put forward to eliminate the stress concentration condition of coal pillar.The field practice shows that the measures are effective and feasible,and the safe mining of working face was realized.
