摘要
本文基于2004年—2018年江西省水资源-社会-经济和生态环境等基础数据,选取5层领域共22个具体指标,构建起区域水资源承载力综合评价模型,对江西省水资源承载力进行评价,并探讨了其时空分布格局。结果表明:(1)江西省水资源地区分布不均,南昌市水资源承载压力最大,九江市承载压力最小,其余大部分地区水资源承载压力适中,总体差异不大;(2)2004年—2018年,江西省水资源承载压力整体呈下降趋势,水资源开发利用呈良性发展状态;(3)2018年南昌、萍乡和鹰潭水资源承载处于濒临超载状态,其余大部分地区水资源承载处于承载适宜状态,社会经济发展对水资源的压力适中,水资源开发利用尚有较大潜力。该研究成果为江西省水资源管理规划与合理开发利用提供决策依据。
Based on the data of water resources,society,economy,and ecological environment in Jiangxi Province from 2004 to 2018,this paper constructed a comprehensive evaluation model of regional water resources carrying capacity,and then evaluated the water resources carrying capacity of Jiangxi Province,and explored its spatial and temporal distribution characteristics.The results showed that,the regional distribution of water resources in Jiangxi Province was uneven,the carrying pressure of water resources in Nan-chang was the largest,but in Jiujiang was the lowest,and most of the remaining areas had moderate carrying pressure,with little overall difference.From 2004 to 2018,the carrying pressure of water resources in Jiangxi Province showed a dcreasing trend,the de-velopment and utilization of water resources were in a benign development state.In 2018,the water resources carrying capacity in Nanchang,Pingxiang,and Yingtan was on the verge of overloading,while most of the remaining areas were in a suitable state.The development of social economy in Jiangxi Province had moderate pressure on water resources,the development and utilization of wa-ter resources still had great potential.The research results can provide a decision basis for water resources management planning and rational development and utilization in Jiangxi Province.
