横桥向地震作用下高速铁路CRTSⅡ板式无砟轨道-桥梁系统残余变形与钢轨变形的映射模型 被引量:4

摘要 我国多数已建高速铁路线路穿越地震频发区,大量高速铁路桥梁-轨道系统面临地震考验。文章结合地震作用下轨道-桥梁系统典型损伤失效特征,综合考虑系统层间传力机制,采用能量方法建立系统层间构件残余变形引起的钢轨映射变形求解通用模型。通过建立考虑层间滞回特性的轨道-桥梁精细化有限元模型,开展轨道-桥梁系统在典型近场地震作用下的非线性动力响应分析,提取层间构件峰值和残余位移以及钢轨残余变形,结果表明:系统损伤主要集中在滑动层及支座。基于文中建立的钢轨映射变形求解通用模型,分别评估滑动层及桥梁主梁残余位移引起的轨面映射变形分量,求得各构件震致残余变形协同影响引起的轨面映射变形几何叠加解,并与有限元结果中的震后钢轨残余变形进行对比,钢轨映射变形叠加解与钢轨残余位移有限元结果吻合良好,有效验证文中建立的钢轨映射变形求解模型。该文建立的钢轨映射变形模型为评估轨道-桥梁系统不同部位震致损伤对震后钢轨几何不平顺影响提供了一种新思路。 Most of China's high-speed railway lines are across seismic zones,and many high-speed railway track-bridge systems(HSRTBSs)are facing the risk of earthquake.Based on the damage characteristics and the force transmission mechanism of the HSRTBS after seismic shaking,the energy method was used to establish a general model of mapping rail deformation to the residual deformations of different components of the HSRTBS.By considering the hysteresis characteristics of the inter-layers,a refined nonlinear finite element model of HSRTBS was established.The peak and residual deformation of the interlayer components as well as the residual rail deformation were obtained from the HSRTBS after typical near-field earthquake shaking,and the results indicated that the damages mainly occur at the bridge bearings and the sliding layer.According to the mapping model,the mapping of rail deformations to the seismic residual deformation of the sliding layer and the bridge deck of the HSRTBS were assessed,respectively.The superposition of the mapped rail deformations under both kinds of residual deformation was also obtained.The superposition of the mapped rail deformations agrees well with the residual rail deformation obtained from the finite element results,validating the proposed mapping model.The established mapping model provides an assessment way for the effects of the residual deformations of different components of the HSRTBS on the post-earthquake rail deformation.
