摘要
[目的]评估生物农药对二斑叶螨的毒力。[方法]通过玻片浸渍法测定了4种常见生物杀虫剂对沈阳地区蔬菜二斑叶螨雌成螨的室内毒力。[结果]4种杀虫剂对二斑叶螨雌成螨都具有一定的毒杀作用,其中0.36%苦参碱水剂的毒力最高,处理48 h后的LC50值为4.370 5 mg/m L。1.8%阿维菌素乳油、0.3%印楝素乳油和0.5%藜芦碱悬浮剂的LC50值分别为6.083 7、31.228 7和41.652 8 mg/m L。[结论]4种杀虫剂对二斑叶螨雌成螨的毒力从强到弱依次为:0.36%苦参碱水剂>1.8%阿维菌素乳油>0.3%印楝素乳油>0.5%藜芦碱悬浮剂。
[Objective]To evaluate the toxicity of biological pesticides to Tetranychus urticae.[Method]Four biological insecticieds were chosen to test the toxicity to the female adult mites of T.urticae invegetables in Shenyang area by using slide-dipping bioassay method in the laboratory.[Result]After 48 h of treatment with four tested insecticides against female adult mites,0.36%matrine have the highest toxicity among all tested insecticides,with the LC50 of 4.3705 mg/mL.The LC50 values of 1.8%avermectin EC,0.3%azadirachtin EC and 0.5%veratrine suspension were 6.0837,31.2287 and 41.6528 mg/mL,respectively.[Conclusion]The toxicity of the four insecticides to the female adult of T.urticae was in the order of 0.36%matrine>1.8%abamectin>0.3%azadirachtin>0.5%resveratrol.
