摘要
为了解决沥青混合料铺设过程中污染严重、有毒有害气体排放量过大等问题,通过系统调查现有减排技术,明确现有减排技术主要类型,分析了不同减排技术的优缺点,提出了基于不同改性剂类型的热拌热铺沥青混合料技术,并通过对比试验分别测试了不同条件下热拌热铺沥青混合料减排和路用性能。结果表明:文章研发的热拌热铺改性沥青混合料减排技术具有较为明显的减排功效,对混合料路用性能具有积极的影响,且不同改性剂类型、不同掺量的沥青混合料减排功效不同,对沥青混合料动稳定度、高低温性能的影响也不尽相同。
In order to solve the problems of serious pollution and excessive emissions of toxic and harmful gases in the process of asphalt mixture laying,this paper systematically investigates the existing emission reduction technologies.The main types of existing emission reduction technologies are identified.The advantages and disadvantages of different emission reduction technologies are analyzed.The hot mix hot paving asphalt mixture technology based on different modifier types is proposed.The emission reduction and road performance of hot mix hot paving asphalt mixture under different conditions are tested through comparative tests.The results show that the emission reduction technology of hot mix hot paving modified asphalt mixture developed in this paper has obvious emission reduction effect,and has a positive impact on the pavement performance of the mixture.The emission reduction effect of asphalt mixture with different modifier types and different dosage is different.The impact on the dynamic stability,high and low temperature performance of asphalt mixture is also different.
