摘要
草地贪夜蛾[Spodoptera frugiperda(Smith)]于2018年年底开始侵入我国,对玉米等农作物的潜在危害巨大,而我国对转基因玉米研发与商业化正在有序推进。鉴此,以2组转基因品种玉米双抗12-5(含Cry1Ab+Cry2Aj+G10evoepsps)及其对照品种宏硕899,DBN9936(含Cry1Ab+epsps)及其对照品种Nonghua 816(含epsps)为材料,研究其对草地贪夜蛾存活率、发育速率、繁殖率等生命参数的影响。结果表明:取食转基因玉米品种双抗12-5和DBN9936的草地贪夜蛾幼虫累计致死率分别为19.07%和80.27%,而对照品种分别为5.46%和54.17%,其中转基因玉米品种DBN9936与对照品种Nonghua 816间差异显著。从1龄幼虫开始喂养转基因玉米DBN9936,2龄幼虫存活率仅为31.11%(对照为75.56%),而喂饲双抗12-5存活率达87.78%(对照为96.67%);若从4龄幼虫开始喂养,其5龄幼虫的存活率达93.33%(对照为100%),而双抗12-5为94.44%(对照为100%)。取食2转基因玉米品种的草地贪夜蛾幼虫-蛹发育历期明显长于对照组,种群趋势指数I由大到小依次为宏硕899(235.24)、双抗12-5(81.64)、Nonghua 816(80.47)和DBN9936(15.74)。
Spodoptera frugiperda(Smith)which migrated into China at the end of 2018was corn type,and it has caused significant damage to crops such as maize.The development and commercialization of genetically modified maize in China is progressing in an orderly manner.Therefore,four different maize varieties were selected as materials for this study:Shuangkang 12-5expressing(Cry1Ab+Cry2Aj+G10evoepsps)and its control variety Hongshuo 899,and DBN9936expressing(Cry1Ab+epsps)and its control variety Nonghua 816expressing epsps.In this paper,the effects of these four different maize varieties on the survival rate,developmental rate and reproduction rate of S.frugiperda were investigated.The results showed that to some extent both genetically modified maize varieties,Shuangkang 12-5and DBN9936,were resistant to S.frugiperda.The cumulative lethality rate of larval fed with these two transgenic events was 19.07%and 80.27%compared to the corresponding control,which was 5.46%and 54.17%.Data between the genetically modified maize variety DBN9936and its control variety Nonghua 816showed significant differences.DBN9936was found to be more toxic to low instar larvae.When S.frugiperda was fed with DBN9936since 1st instar larvae,the survival rate of 2nd instar larvae was only 31.11%(75.56%for the control)and 87.78%for Shuangkang 12-5(96.67%for the corresponding control);when the larvae was fed with GM events,the survival rate of 5th instar larvae reached a height of 93.33%for DBN9936(100%for the control)and 94.44%for Shuangkang 12-5(100%for the control).It was also found that the developmental duration from larvae to pupae was significantly longer in the S.frugiperdafed with the two genetically modified maizes than on the corresponding control treatment.The index of population trend(I)of the S.frugiperdafeeding on different maize varieties was in descending order:Hongshuo 899(235.24)Shuangkang 12-5(81.64)Nonghua 816(80.47)DBN9936(15.74).
