摘要
筛管完孔技术是煤矿井下碎软煤层进行瓦斯抽采的重要技术措施。针对目前完孔筛管抽采效率问题和下入筛管特点,建立了筛眼在不同相位角下的物理模型,采用数值模拟方法,分析了筛管内部流体抽采速度及抗围压强度,当筛管筛眼相位角为60°时,未见涡流减速区,流速最大且抗围压强度满足需求,并在山西某煤矿进行现场试验验证。结果表明:下入筛眼相位角为60°筛管钻孔较下入普通筛管钻孔的瓦斯抽采效果整体提升了19%左右,研究结果对煤矿井下瓦斯抽采孔筛管结构参数优化提供了一定的参考意义。
Screen pipe completion technology is an important technical measure for gas drainage in broken soft coal seam in underground coal mines.Aiming at the current gas drainage hole screen drainage efficiency problem and the characteristics of the running screen,the physical model of the screen hole under different phase angles is established.Using the numerical simulation method,the fluid extraction speed and confining pressure resistance strength inside the screen were analyzed.When the screen hole phase angle of the screen pipe was 60°,there was no eddy current deceleration zone,the flow velocity was the largest and the confining pressure resistance strength met the requirements,and conduct field test verification in a coal mine in Shanxi province.The results showed that the gas drainage effect of running a screen hole with a phase angle of 60°is about 19%higher than that of running a hole without optimized screen pipe.The optimization of the structure parameters of the drainage hole screen pipe provides a certain reference significance.
