摘要
为解决自燃煤层切顶卸压沿空留巷过程中采空区防灭火问题,以平煤二矿庚20-21100工作面为背景,采用理论分析、实验室试验、数值模拟等方法研究了切顶留巷采空区自然发火特征,基于分级防控防灭火的思路,制定了防漏风和间歇性注氮防灭火技术措施,并在现场成功应用。结果表明:庚19、庚20煤层自然发火标志性气体以CO和C_(2)H_(4)为主,以C_(2)H_(2)为辅;采取防漏风及注氮防灭火措施对采空区遗煤氧化的抑制作用明显;现场采取采空区防漏风及间歇性注氮措施后,在留巷及留巷复用期间,未监测到自然发火指标气体,实现了自燃煤层切顶卸压沿空留巷安全开采,为类似条件防灭火提供了一定的借鉴。
In order to solve the problem of goaf fire prevention and extinguishing in the process of gobside entry retaining with roof cutting and pressure relief in spontaneous combustion coal seam,taking the V2o-21100 working face of Pingmei No.2 coal mine as the background,the spontaneous combustion characteristics of gob-side entry retaining with roof cutting were studied by theoretical analysis,laboratory test and numerical simulation.Based on the idea of hierarchical prevention and control of fire prevention and extinguishing,the technical measures of air leakage prevention and intermittent nitrogen injection were formulated and successfully applied in the field.The results show that CO and CH_(4) are the main spontaneous combustion marker gases in Ⅶ_(19) and Ⅶ_(20) coal seams,supplemented by C_(2)H_(4);the measures of preventing air leakage and nitrogen injection have obvious inhibitory effect on the oxidation of residual coal in goaf;after taking the measures of air leakage prevention and intermittent nitrogen injection in goaf,no spontaneous combustion index gas was detected during the period of lane keeping and lane keeping reuse,and the safe mining of gob-side entry retaining with roof cutting and pressure relief in spontaneous combustion coal seam was realized,which provided certain reference for fire prevention and extinguishing under similar conditions.
