摘要
胃溃疡是临床常见病、多发病,中药治疗胃溃疡有独特的优势,可以降低西药不良反应的发生率,提高溃疡愈合质量。通过对半夏泻心汤进行加减,可以在平调寒热的基础上,疏肝理气,健脾除湿,令脾胃升降复常,中焦得安。胃溃疡辨证为寒热错杂型患者的病机总以脾胃亏虚为本,气机升降失司为标,常兼以肝气郁结、水湿内停为患。临床发现半夏泻心汤加减方治疗寒热错杂型胃溃疡的效果显著,值得借鉴。
Gastric ulcer is a common and frequently-occurring disease in clinic.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in treating gastric ulcer,which can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions of Western medicine and improve the quality of ulcer healing.By adding or reducing Banxia Xiexin decoction,on the basis of calming cold and heat,soothing the liver and regulating qi,strengthening the spleen and dehumidification,making the spleen and stomach rise and fall,and making the middle jiao safe.The pathogenesis of syndrome differentiation of gastric ulcer in patients with mixed cold and heat is based on the deficiency of the spleen and stomach,the disturbance of qi movement as the standard,and the stagnation of liver qi and the stopping of water dampness within.It is found that Banxia Xiexin Decoction has remarkable effect in tre ating cold and heat mixed type gastric ulcer.
