生酮饮食方案结合注射用鼠神经生长因子对癫痫患儿单胺类神经递质水平的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Ketogenic Diet Regimen Combined with Mouse Nerve Growth Factor for Injection on Monoamine Neurotransmitter Levels in Children with Epilepsy

摘要 目的:探讨生酮饮食方案结合注射用鼠神经生长因子对癫痫患儿单胺类神经递质水平的影响.方法:选择2017年2月—2021年2月在我院诊治的癫痫患儿66例作为研究对象,根据随机信封1:1原则把患儿分为饮食组与常规组,各33例.两组患儿给予常规药物治疗,常规组给予注射用鼠神经生长因子治疗,饮食组在常规组治疗基础上给予生酮饮食方案治疗,比较两组临床疗效、脑电图状况、智力水平及单胺类神经递质-甲肾上腺素(Norepinephrine,NE)、5-羟色胺(5-hydroxy tryptamine,5-HT)水平.结果:治疗后,饮食组总有效率为100.0%,高于常规组的84.8%(P<0.05);饮食组与常规组治疗前后δ波、θ波所占比例比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);饮食组智力评分高于常规组(P<0.05);饮食组血清NE、5-HT水平高于常规组(P<0.05).结论:生酮饮食方案结合注射用鼠神经生长因子治疗癫痫的效果确切,可促进单胺类神经递质的释放,改善患儿的智力水平,且不会影响机体脑电图状况,具有应用有效性. Objective:To investigate the effect of ketogenic diet regimen combined with mouse nerve growth factor for injection on the levels of monoamine neurotransmitters in children with epilepsy.Methods:A total of 66 children with epilepsy diagnosed and treated in Jiamusi Central Hospital of Heilongjiang Province from February 2017 to February 2021 were selected and divided into diet group and routine group according to the principle of random envelope 1:1,33 cases in each group.The two groups were given conventional drug treatment,the conventional group was treated with mouse nerve growth factor for injection,and the diet group was treated with ketogenic diet regimen on the basis of the conventional group.The clinical efficacy,EEG status,intelligence level,and levels of monoamine neurotransmitter norepinephrine(NE)and 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)were compared between the two groups.Results:AAfter treatment,the total effective rate of the diet group was 100.0%,which was higher than 84.8%of the conventional group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the proportion of 8 wave and 3 wave between the diet group and the conventional group before and after treatment(P>0.05).The intelligence score in the diet group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The serum levels of NE and 5-HT in the diet group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The ketogenic diet combined with mouse nerve growth factor for injection is effective in the treatment of epilepsy,which can promote the release of monoamine neurotransmitters,improve the intelligence level of children,and does not affect the EEG status of the body.It has application effectiveness.
