摘要
近年来,胸腔镜下微创二尖瓣手术在我国发展十分迅速。国家心血管病专家委员会微创心血管外科专业委员会组织全国专家团队,结合国内、外指南共识、循证医学证据及临床实践经验,编写了本部《胸腔镜下微创二尖瓣手术技术规范(2022版)》,以期为临床工作提供参考和指引。
In recent years,endoscopic mitral valve replacement and repair(EMVR)has developed rapidly in China.The chinese minimally invasive cardiovascular surgery committee(CMICS)organized a national expert team.Based on domestic and foreign guidelines and consensus,evidence-based data and clinical practice experience,The expert panel has compiled the《Endoscopic mitral valve replacement&repair-benchmarking CMICS 2022》for clinical guidance and reference.
