对标国际先进规则和最佳实践,打造面向全球、辐射亚太、联通国内的离岸贸易中心,增强全球供应链整合能力和资源配置能力,实现贸易主体高度集聚、贸易制度创新深化、贸易能级优化提升、贸易服务高效便捷,进一步强化上海国际贸易中心的核心功能,建成与我国经济贸易地位相匹配、在全球贸易网络中具有影响力的新型贸易枢纽。
Benchmarking with international advanced rules and best practices,we should build a global,radiating Asia-Pacific,connecting domestic offshore trade center,enhance global supply chain integration and resource allocation capabilities,achieve a high concentration of trade subjects,with deepened trade system innovation,optimized and improved trade capacity,efficient and convenient trade services,further strengthen the core functions of the Shanghai International Trade Center,and build a new trade hub that matches China's economic and trade status and has influence in the global trade network.
