摘要
痤疮是毛囊皮脂腺的慢性炎症性疾病。雄激素可通过促进皮脂腺细胞增殖与异常分化、促进促炎因子分泌与释放、促进毛囊皮脂腺导管异常角化、介导皮脂腺细胞自噬抑制等在痤疮的发病中发挥重要作用。本文阐述了雄激素在痤疮发病机制中的作用,及其与雄激素受体(androgen receptor,AR)、5α-还原酶和雌、孕激素间的作用,并总结了抗雄药物治疗痤疮的新进展,为痤疮的临床治疗提供新思路。
Acne is a chronic and inflammatory disease of hair follicle and sebaceous gland.Androgen plays an important role in the pathogenesis of acne by promoting proliferation and abnormal differentiation of sebaceous gland cells,stimulating secretion and release of proinflammatory factors,promoting abnormal follicular keratosis of sebaceous gland ducts and mediating inhibition of sebaceous cell autophagy.This paper overviews the effects of androgen in pathogenesis of acne,the relationship between androgen and androgen receptor,5α-reductase,estrogen and progesterone,summarizes the new progress of antiandrogens in acne treatment,and provides new ideas for clinical treatment of acne.
