摘要
工作场所欺凌普遍存在于各个行业,尤其在护理领域中,对被欺凌者的精神和生理都造成了严重的负面影响。本文从护士工作场所欺凌的概念内涵、理论机制、测评工具和影响因素等方面进行综述,提出相应建议和对策,为探索有效的干预策略,改善护理工作场所不良发展现状,促进护理工作者身心健康和护理事业良性稳定发展提供参考。
The workplace bullying is widespread in all industries,especially in the nursing field,and has a serious negative impact on the mental and physical aspects of the bullied.This paper reviews the conceptual connotation,theoretical mechanism,assessment tools and influencing factors of bullying in the workplace of nurses,and puts forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures,so as to provide references for exploring effective intervention strategies,improving the current situation of poor development in nursing workplaces,and promoting the physical and mental health of nursing workers and the healthy and stable development of nursing career.
