亚欧大陆交通互联互通10年:成就与潜力

Eurasian Transport Interconnection over the Past Ten Years:Achievements and Potentials

摘要 中国国家主席习近平提出“一带一路”倡议已近10年,成绩斐然,其中交通运输基础设施互联互通尤其突出。中国在欧亚地区修建了一批重大工程,解决了一些“卡脖子”和缺失的路段,使原有的设施朝网络化方向发展。互联互通发展迅速的主要原因是:经济规律使然,需求拉动,国家主导,有很好的推广平台。当前,应关注国际形势变化对互联互通的影响,尽快使亚欧大陆交通运输网络化,加快发展“中亚欧班列”,并将其作为今后工作的重点。要根据所在国的愿望和需求建设一批配套工程,加强安保工作。未来,机遇与挑战同在。中方应以“构建全球互联互通伙伴关系”为引导,与亚欧大陆国家共同努力,不断发掘潜力,美好愿景可期。 The construction of transport interconnection infrastructure has made outstanding achievements among the attainments of the Belt and Road Initiative proposed by Chinese President Xi Jinping ten years ago.China has built a number of major projects in the Eurasian region.The main causes of the rapid progress lie in the compliance with economic laws,the pull of demand,state dominance,and favorable platforms to push it forward.Considering the impact of international situation,it is advisable to develop a transport network across the Eurasian Continent and expediate the development of China-Asia-Europe freight train as a priority.It is also advisable to construct a series of supporting works in host countries and strengthen security conditions.In the future,it is advisable for China to pay joint efforts with countries in the Eurasian Continent,which should be oriented to the development of a global interconnection partnership when opportunities and challenges coexist.
