摘要
永宁油田黄草湾长6油藏大地构造位于鄂尔多斯盆地陕北斜坡中部,三叠系延长组长6油层组为区域主力含油层系,为岩性油气藏。孔隙类型主要为溶蚀粒间孔和原生粒间孔,具有孔喉半径小、渗透率低、渗流阻力大等特点,使大量的残余油存在储层中无法被采出,且分散的残余油滴会产生严重的贾敏效应成为水驱阻力,最终导致水驱采收率不高。纳米驱油剂因其突出的可降低油水界面张力和良好的改变岩石表面润湿性能力,使吼道中的油滴更容易变形并降低其经过的阻力,增加原油的移动速度,有效地消除贾敏效应,恢复油藏渗透率,降低毛细管阻力,扩大波及系数,使多孔介质对原油和水的相对渗透率增加,从而提高采收率的目的。经现场试验增油控水效果明显,适合在特低渗油藏进一步推广。
The geological structure of Huangcaowan Chang6 oil reservoir in Yongning Oilfield is located in the central part of the northern slope of the Ordos Basin.The Triassic Yanchang Chang6 oil layer group is the main oil bearing series in the region and is a lithological oil and gas reservoir.The main types of pores are dissolution intergranular pores and primary intergranular pores,which have the characteristics of small pore throat radius,low permeability,and high seepage resistance.This makes a large amount of residual oil in the reservoir unable to be extracted,and dispersed residual oil droplets can cause serious Jamin effect to become water drive resistance,ultimately leading to low water drive recovery rate.Nanometer oil displacement agent can reduce the interfacial tension between oil and water and improve the wettability of rock surface due to its outstanding ability to make the oil drop in the roaring channel easier to deform and reduce its resistance,increase the movement speed of crude oil,effectively eliminate the Jamin effect,restore reservoir permeability,reduce capillary resistance,expand the sweep coefficient,and increase the relative permeability of porous media to crude oil and water,thus improving oil recovery.After on-site testing,the effect of increasing oil and controlling water is obvious,which is suitable for further promotion in ultra-low permeability reservoirs.
