摘要
文章通过对火力发电厂锅炉“受热面管”运行工况及服役时间等进行统计分析,结合机组检修防磨防爆检查,对不同部位、材质及规格的“受热面管”制定行之有效的试验及分析项目,严格开展各项试验数据采集,研判“受热面管”组织及性能等变化及失效情况,达到对“受热面管”使用寿命及可靠性的掌控,确保发电机组安全稳定顺行。
Through the statistical analysis of the operating conditions and service time of the"heating surface tube"of the boiler in the thermal power plant,combined with the anti-wear and explosion-proof inspection of the unit maintenance,effective test and analysis items are formulated for the"heating surface tube"of different parts,materials and specifications,and various test data collection is strictly carried out to study and judge the changes and failures of the"heating surface tube"organization and performance,so as to achieve the control of the service life and reliability of the"heating surface tube",ensure the safe,stable and smooth operation of the generator set.
