摘要
党的十八大以来法治建设的加速推进,国家、社会、行业企业对高素质应用型法治人才的需求不断扩大,对当前高职院校法学教育提出了新的更高要求。本文首先从新时代高职院校法学教育面临的形势与挑战入手,进而分析当前高职院校行政法与行政诉讼法教学面临的现实困境及其原因,在此基础上提出提高行政法与行政诉讼法教学质量的对策建议,为进一步改进高职院校法律专业人才培养模式提供参考。
With the acceleration of the rule of law construction since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the demand for high-quality applied legal talents has continued to expand,which puts forward new and higher requirements for legal education in higher vocational colleges.This ar⁃ticle firstly starts from the situation and challenges of legal education in higher vocational colleges in the new era,and then analyzes the current practical dilemmas and causes in the teaching of administrative law and administrative procedural law in higher vocational colleges.On this basis,it puts forward counter⁃measures and suggestions to improve the teaching quality of administrative law and administrative procedur⁃al law,and provides reference for further improving the training mode of legal professionals in higher voca⁃tional colleges.
