摘要
目的:分析基于Orem自护模式的干预对精神分裂症(schizophrenia,SCZ)患者康复效果、应对方式、自我效能及心理弹性的影响。方法:选取2021年3月至2022年3月上海交通大学医学院附属精神卫生中心收治的118例SCZ患者为研究对象。根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=59)与观察组(n=59),对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取基于Orem自护模式的干预。比较2组康复效果、应对方式、自我效能及心理弹性。结果:观察组康复疗效评定量表(Inpatient Psychiatric Rehabilitation Outcome Scale,IRPOS)各项评分评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组积极应对评分高于对照组,而消极应对低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组一般自我效能感量表(General Self-Efficacy Scale,GSES)评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组心理弹性量表(Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale,CD-RISC)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于Orem自护模式的干预护理可有效改善SCZ患者的康复效果,提高其积极应对方式、自我效能与心理弹性。
Objective:To analyze the effect of intervention based on the Orem self-care model on the rehabilitation effect,coping style,self-efficacy,and psychological resilience of patients with schizophrenia(SCZ).Methods:A total of 118 SCZ patients admitted to Mental Health Center Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research subjects.Using the random number table method,the patients were divided into a control group(n=59)and an observation group(n=59).The control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group received intervention based on the Orem self-care model.The rehabilitation effect,coping style,self-efficacy,and psychological resilience in the 2 groups were compared.Results:The scores of Inpatient Psychiatric Rehabilitation Outcome Scale(IRPOS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05);the positive coping score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the negative coping score was lower than that in the control group(both P<0.05);the General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intervention nursing based on Orem self-care model can effectively improve the rehabilitation effect of SCZ patients,and improve their positive coping style,self-efficacy,and psychological resilience.
