摘要 《生态低碳茶认证实施规则》是生态低碳茶认证的重要依据之一,文章对该规则要求的要点进行概括解读,包括对认证委托人的要求、认证申请需提供的材料、现场检查要求、产地环境监测和产品检测、认证决定及再认证流程,以及认证证书和标志的规范使用等,以期为认证委托人了解生态低碳茶认证、认证机构推动生态低碳茶认证工作提供参考。 The Implementation Rules for Ecological Low Carbon Tea Certification is one of the important basis for ecological low carbon tea certification.The article provided a summary and interpretation of the key points required by this rule,including the requirements of the certification client,materials required for certification applications,on-site inspection requirements,environmental monitoring and product testing of the origin,certification decisions and re certification processes,as well as the standardized use of certification certificates and marks.It is of great significance for the certification client to understand ecological low carbon tea and for the certification agency to promote the certification work of ecological low carbon tea.
