摘要
采用2016—2021年国家社科基金年度项目立项数据,测算了哲学社会科学研究的学科、地域和科研单位的分布特征。结果显示:国家社科基金立项存在“二八定律”,即立项数排名前20%的科研单位约获得80%的国家社科基金项目,基尼系数为0.761,资助经费主要集中在少数高水平研究型高校;全国各省份国家社科基金立项数大致可分为东部发达省份、中部较发达省份和边疆省份等三个梯度,立项数比例为5∶3∶2,省份层面的项目数及经费数量的基尼系数分别为0.411和0.416。通过对我国哲学社会科学研究的分布特征的解析,以期为提升哲学社科研究的整体水平进而实现帕累托改进提供参考。
The distribution characteristics of philosophical and social science research on aspects of disciplines,regions,and research institutions are calculated by adopting the data of the approval for National Philosophical and Social Science Funds from 2016 to 2021.The results show that Pareto’s law applies to the approval of National Philosophical and Social Science Funds.The top 20%of scientific research institutions obtained about 80%of the funds,and the Gini coefficient is 0.761.The funding is mainly concentrated in a few research-oriented top universities.The number of projects approved in various provinces and cities across the country can be roughly divided into three levels:developed provinces and cities in eastern China,less-developed provinces and cities in central China,and the rest peripheral provinces and cities,in the proportion 5∶3∶2,with a corresponding The Gini coefficients of the number of projects and the number of funds on the provincial and civic level are 0.411 and 0.416 respectively.By analyzing the distribution characteristics of philosophical and social science research in China,it is aimed to provide reference for improving the overall level of philosophical and social science research and achieving Pareto improvement.
