生物炭用量对设施水果萝卜产量与土壤性质的影响

摘要 为了探讨生物炭在设施水果萝卜生产中的有效性,以水果青萝卜品种潍县萝卜为试材,研究了生物炭施用量为0 (C0)、0.5 (C1)、1.0(C2)、2.0(C3)和4.0(C4)kg/m^(2)共5个处理对拱棚水果萝卜生长、产量、品质及土壤性状的影响。结果表明:生物炭对水果萝卜叶面积的生长具有显著促进作用;生物炭有利于萝卜增粗,收获期C1、C2、C3和C4处理的肉质根根粗分别较C0处理增加13%、17%、24%和29%,且C4处理与C0处理的差异达显著水平;C1~C4处理的萝卜产量较C0处理增加25.0%~29.7%;生物炭对改善水果萝卜的品质有一定效果;土壤蔗糖酶和过氧化氢酶活性随着生物碳用量的增加呈现先增加后减少的趋势,C1和C2处理的土壤蔗糖酶活性显著高于其他处理,分别较C0处理高9.4%和10.0%,C2和C3处理的土壤过氧化氢酶活性显著高于C0处理,分别较C0处理高5.7%和5.6%,C2处理的土壤碱性磷酸酶活性最高,较C0处理高21.77%,且显著高于除C4以外的其他处理。因此,采用拱棚生产水果萝卜时,施加生物炭≥0.5 kg/m^(2)有一定提质增产效果,综合考虑产量、质量、土壤性质和成本等因素,以用量为1.0 kg/m^(2)的效果较好。 In order to explore the effectiveness of biochar in facility fruit radish production,the effects of five biochar application rates of 0(C0),0.5(C1),1.0(C2),2.0(C3)and 4.0(C4)kg/m2 on the growth,yield and quality of fruit radish,and soil properties in arch shed were studied using a green fruit radish variety"Weixian Luobo"as the test material.The results showed that the leaf area and fleshy root diameter of fruit radish increased with the increase of biochar dosage.Compared with C0 treatment,the fleshy root diameter of C1,C2,C3 and C4 increased by 13%,17%,24%and 29%,respectively,reaching a significant difference between C4 and C0,and the fleshy root yield of C1-C4 increased by 25.0%-29.7%.Biochar was also conducive to improving the quality of fruit radish.Meanwhile,with the increase of biochar application,the activities of soil sucrase and catalase increased first and then decreased;specially,the activity of soil sucrase in C1 and C2 was significantly higher than that in the other treatments,and respectively 9.4%and 10.0%higher than in C0;the activity of soil catalase in C2 and C3 was significantly 5.7%and 5.6%higher than in C0,respectively;the activity of soil alkaline phosphatase in C2 was the highest,21.77%higher than in C0,and significantly higher than in the other treatments except C4.Therefore,the application of biochar(≥0.5 kg/m^(2))has a certain promotion for producing fruit radish in arch shed.Considering the yield,quality,soil properties and cost,the dosage of 1.0 kg/m^(2) is better.
