摘要 发动机缸盖受到较高温度的周期载荷,应力较大。对此,基于局部应力应变法,对发动机缸盖进行瞬态循环温度场分析,进而估算其低周疲劳寿命。分析结果表明,发动机缸盖低周疲劳寿命最小值为2139。在3000次冷热冲击耐久试验中,发动机缸盖发生开裂,试验结果与分析结果一致。 The engine cylinder head is subjected to a higher temperature cyclic load and has a large stress.In this regard,based on the local stress-strain method,the transient cycle temperature field analysis of the engine cylinder head was carried out,and then its low-cycle fatigue life was estimated.The analysis result shows that the minimum low-cycle fatigue life of the engine cylinder head is 2139.In the endurance test of 3000 times hot and cold shock,the engine cylinder head cracked,and the test result was consistent with the analysis result.
