摘要
目的 分析低温等离子射频消融术治疗早期声门型喉癌的治疗作用及对血液学相关指标影响。方法筛选2019年1月—2021年1月期间该院接受诊疗的90例早期声门型喉癌患者,参考随机数字表法将90例患者分成二组,对照组45例,观察组45例,对照组接受传统喉切开手术,观察组接受低温等离子射频消融术诊疗,诊疗结束后,对比上述二组患者实际诊疗效果、围术期一系列指标、嗓音恢复情况、血液学相关指标、并发症发生情况。结果 二组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间低于对照组(P<0.05);术前二组嗓音恢复情况指标比较差异有统计学意义(P>0.05);术后观察组基频、基频微扰、振幅微扰低于对照组(P<0.05),谐噪比高于对照组(P<0.05);术前二组血液学相关指标比较差异有统计学意义(P>0.05);术后观察组血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、一氧化氮(NO)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率较低(P<0.05)。结论 低温等离子射频消融术可加快早期声门型喉癌患者的疾病恢复速度,促进嗓音恢复,改善血液学相关指标,提高手术安全性。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation on early glottic carcinoma and its influence on hematological indexes. Methods Ninety patients with early glottic laryngeal cancer who were diagnosed and treated in Tangshan Union Hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected in strict accordance with the principle of randomization.The 90 patients were divided into two different groups according to random number table.The first group was control group(45 patients included),the second group was observation group(the number of patients included was the same as above),and the patients in control group received traditional laryngotomy.The patients in observation group received low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation.After treatment, the actual diagnosis and treatment effect, a series of perioperative indicators, voice recovery, hematology related indicators and complications of the two groups were compared. Results Total effective rate of two groups was compared(P<0.05).The operation time, intraoperative bleeding and hospital stay in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Before operation, the indexes of voice recovery in two groups were compared(P<0.05).After operation, the fundamental frequency, fundamental frequency perturbation and amplitude perturbation in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Before operation, the hematology related indexes of two groups were compared(P<0.05).After operation, serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),nitric oxide(NO),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α) in observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in observation group was lower(P<0.05). Conclusion Low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation can accelerate the disease recovery rate of patients with early glottic carcinoma, promote voice recovery, improve hematology related indicators, and improve surgical safety.
