摘要
心力衰竭(心衰)是各种心血管疾病发展的终末阶段,具有患病率高、病死率高和再住院率高的特点。随着循证医学证据的不断积累以及新型治疗药物的涌现,慢性心衰治疗理念发生了重大转变,有关心衰诊疗指南和共识也不断推出与更新。本文梳理慢性心衰药物治疗历史沿革和研究进展,以便温故而知新,并为心衰患者临床用药提供历史的依据。
Heart failure(HF)is the terminal stage of various cardiovascular diseases with high morbidity,mortality and rehospitalization rate.With the accumulation of medical evidences and the emerging of new therapeutic drugs,great changes have taken place in the treatment mode of chronic HF,and the guidelines and recommendations on the diagnosis and treatment of HF have been developed and updated constantly.This article reviews the history and research progress in medication for chronic HF over the past 200 years,in order to provide historical basis for the clinical medication use in patients with HF.
