摘要
多语科技辞书是以三种以上语种的科技术语为收集、释义、互译对象的一类词典。其编纂难度因关涉专业、多语和语种间的差异而增加。本文梳理了在版双语地学词典和电子词典中所存在的缺憾,并介绍了英俄汉三语地学词典的功用和编纂原则,为编纂多语科技辞书提供参考,并呼吁应采取多种手段,增加多语科技辞书的编纂和出版力度。
Multilingual sci-tech dictionary is a kind of lexicography that collects,interprets and translates sci-tech terms in more than three languages.The difficulty of its compilation is increasing due to the differences a-mong specialities and languages involved.In this paper,authors combed the imperfection of published bilingual geoscience dictionaries and electronic dictionaries and introduced the necessity and basic principles of geosci-ence lexicography in English,Russian and Chinese with aims to providing references for compiling other multi-lingual sci-tech dictionaries.The authors called for various means to strengthen the compilation and publication of multilingual sci-tech dictionaries.
