路堑边坡陡开挖加固方案比选及优化数值分析

摘要 为了对路堑边坡陡开挖加固方案进行比选及优化分析,针对山区道路扩建中某路堑边坡,采用三维数值模拟方法,对开挖面施作土钉墙+预应力锚索+一阶平台钢管桩、开挖面施作土钉墙+预应力锚索+上边坡预应力锚索框架梁这2种不同加固方案下边坡的变形及稳定性进行定量评价,进而确定合适的加固方案;在此基础上探讨了其中的锚索长度、锚索倾角、锚索拉力以及土钉长度对陡开挖边坡稳定性的影响,以进一步优化加固设计方案。结果表明:对于变形和稳定性系数要求较高的路堑边坡,建议采用开挖面施作土钉墙与预应力锚索进行支护,上边坡施加预应力锚索框架梁对陡开挖路堑边坡进行加固;对于算例边坡,锚索长度、锚索倾角、以及土钉长度对陡开挖边坡稳定性有较大影响,当锚索长度为25 m,锚索倾角较小(5°~15°)、土钉长度为10~12.5 m时,边坡稳定性较好。 In order to compare,select and optimize the reinforcement schemes for steep excavation of cutting slope,for a cutting slope in mountain road expansion,the 3D numerical simulation method is used to quantitatively evaluate the deformation and stabili⁃ty of the slope under the two different reinforcement schemes of soil nailing wall+prestressed anchor cable+first platform steel pipe pile on the excavation face,soil nailing wall+prestressed anchor cable+prestressed anchor cable frame beam on the upper slope on the excavation face,and then the appropriate reinforcement scheme is determined.Then the influence of anchor cable length,anchor cable inclination,anchor cable tension and soil nail length on the stability of steep excavation slope is discussed to further optimize the reinforcement design scheme.The results show that for the cutting slope with high requirements for deformation and stability coef⁃ficient,it is recommended to use the soil nailing wall and prestressed anchor cable for the excavation face support,and apply pres⁃tressed anchor cable frame beam on the upper slope to reinforce the steep excavated cutting slope;For the example slope,the length of the anchor cable,the inclination of the anchor cable,and the length of the soil nail have a great impact on the stability of the steep excavation slope.When the length of the anchor cable is 25 m,the inclination of the anchor cable is small(5°~15°),and the length of the soil nail is 10~12.5 m,the slope stability has higher stability.
