摘要
介绍了原有盐水工艺存在的问题,通过改进盐水精制工艺、开发新路径、提高控制精度和自动化水平、改进设备结构及改进盐水处理和控制技术等措施,对工艺进行了优化和改进,提升了装置的稳定性和可靠性,提升了产品质量,降低了成本消耗,实现了装置长周期稳定运行。
The existing problems in the original brine process were introduced.Through measures such as improving the brine refining process,developing new paths,improving control accuracy and automation level,improving equipment structure,and improving brine treatment and control technology,the process was optimized and improved,enhancing the stability and reliability of the device,improving product quality,reducing cost consumption,and achieving long-term stable operation of the device.
