沥青路面坑槽冷补料及界面黏结料研究综述 被引量:4

摘要 为进一步促进沥青路面坑槽修补材料在道路工程领域中的发展和应用,综合当前研究成果对坑槽冷补填料和坑槽界面黏结料展开了全面的分析。首先对溶剂型冷补料、乳化型冷补料和反应型冷补料的改性剂类型、强度形成机理和性能指标等进行论述,并针对改性乳化沥青的制备方式和性能改善方面进行综合分析;其次对热熔型黏结材料、冷涂型黏结材料和热固型黏结材料的材料类型及性能评价方法进行综述,并从微观角度对材料固化机理进行总结。结果表明:溶剂型冷补料应用较少,乳化型冷补料具有较好的高温性能和水稳定性,反应型冷补料具有良好的高温性能和强度特性,但造价高;热熔型黏结料强度高、弹性恢复力好,但高温稳定性不足,冷涂型黏结料生产方便,但储存稳定性差,热固型黏结料黏结强度大,高温稳定性好,但造价高。 In order to further promote the development and application of asphalt pavement pothole patching materials in the field of road engineering,a comprehensive analysis of pothole cold patching filler and pothole interface binder was carried out based on the current research results.Firstly,the modifiers,strength formation mechanism and performance indexes of solvent-based cold patching materials,emulsifiedbased cold patching materials and reactive-based cold patching materials were discussed,and the material properties and the dosage of modifier were comprehensively analyzed after the preparation of modified emulsified asphalt.Secondly,the material types and performance evaluation methods of hot-melt binder,cold-coated binder and thermosetting binder were reviewed,and the material modification process and strength formation mechanism are summarized based on microstructure.The results indicate that while solvent-based cold patching materials are less commonly used,and emulsified-based cold patching materials perform well at high temperature and also have good water stability.The performance and strength characteristics of reactive-based cold patching materials are extraordinary at high temperature,but the cost is expensive.Although the hotmelt binder has high strength and strong elastic recovery,it lacks high temperature stability.The cold-coated binder can be easily prepared,but it has poor storage stability.Although the thermosetting binder has a high binding strength and great temperature stability,it comes at a high price.
