摘要
目的:探究原发性肝癌切除术后行肝动脉介入化疗栓塞术(TACE)对其血清肿瘤标志物的影响及其临床意义。方法:选取原发性肝癌患者67例作为研究对象,其中仅接受肿瘤切除术的28例患者为对照组,肿瘤切除术后接受肝动脉TACE的39例患者为TACE组,对比两组治疗前后的血清肿瘤标志物、免疫功能以及复发情况。结果:治疗后,两组甲胎蛋白异质体(AFP-L3)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、白细胞介素(IL-6)、T淋巴细胞CD8^(+)均比治疗前降低,且TACE组低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的CD4^(+)均比治疗前高,且TACE组高于对照组(P<0.05);TACE组的1年复发率、2年复发率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:原发性肝癌患者在肿瘤切除术后行TACE治疗可有效降低肿瘤标志物水平,对提升患者免疫功能和减少复发有重要意义。
Objective:To investigate the influence of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE)on serum tumor markers in patients with primary liver cancer after hepatectomy for hepatocellular carcinoma and its clinical significance.Methods:67 patients with primary liver cancer were selected as the study objects.Among them,28 patients who only received tumor resection were served as control group,and 39 patients who received transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE)after hepatectomy for hepatocellular carcinoma were served as TACE group.The serum tumor markers,immune function and recurrence of the two groups were compared before and berfore treatment.Results:The levels of alpha fetoprotein(AFP),alpha fetoprotein(AFP),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),interleukin-6(IL-6)and T-lymphocyte CD8^(+) in the two groups before treatment were lower than those before treatment,and those in the TACE group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).CD4^(+) was higher than that after treatment,and it was higher in TACE group than that in control group(P<0.05).The 1-year and 2-year recurrence rates in the TACE group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TACE treatment for patients with primary liver cancer after hepatectomy for hepatocellular carcinoma can effectively reduce the level of tumor markers,which is of great significance for improving patients′immune function and reducing recurrence.
