摘要
慢性咳嗽是呼吸科门诊常见疾病之一,中医学认为,其基本病机为邪气犯于肺,肺失宣降,肺气上逆所致,病变部位主要在肺,但“五脏六腑皆令人咳,非独肺也”,慢性咳嗽也涉及肝、脾、肾等多个脏腑。文章总结杨胜利主任医师临床经验,探讨从肝脾论治慢性咳嗽的理论依据,分析半夏泻心汤治疗肝脾不和型慢性咳嗽运用思路及其现代研究,供同道参考借鉴。
Chronic cough is one of the common diseases in the outpatient department of respiratory department.According to traditional Chinese medicine,the basic pathogenesis of cough is that evil Qi invades the lung,the lung loses its function,and the lung qi goes up and down.The pathological part is mainly in the lung,but“all the five viscera and six organs make people cough,not only the lung”.Chronic cough also involves many viscera such as the liver,spleen and kidney.The author summarizes the clinical experience of chief physician Yang Shengli to explore the theoretical basis for treating chronic cough from the liver and spleen,This paper analyzes the application ideas and modern research of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in treating chronic cough with disharmony between liver and spleen for reference.
