摘要
三焦玄府概念首见于《黄帝内经》,三焦为原气之别使,在内通达脏腑调气机之本,玄府为气升降出入之门户,在外联络四肢百骸畅气机之路。二者既是气机流行之通道,亦是气机调节之枢纽。三焦玄府通畅,气化有常,气、血、水运行无碍,则阴平阳秘,精神有治。情志郁病以不良情绪的累积为主要病因,其病机核心为郁,首病气分,重在气机不利,随病情发展亦可累及营血、津液,后期可传变为结、闭。三焦玄府作为人体气机通行之门户,气血津精生化之所,总领五脏,调控气、血、水在人体脏腑、筋骨肌腠的正常运行,对情志的产生、变化、病变有着至关重要的调节作用。其作为人体的通道系统,总司气机,功重通达,其气正即五脏和而情志安,其气乱则心烦忧思抑郁由生。
The concept of Sanjiao-Xuanfu was first seen in Huangdi Neijing.Sanjiao is the other messenger of the original Qi and it is internal access to the Zang-Fu organs and Qi regulation.Xuanfu is the gateway for the rise and fall of Qi,and it connects the limbs and bones to the path of Qi.The two are not merely the channels for the circulation of Qi,but also the hub for the regulation of Qi.If Sanjiao-Xuanfu is unobstructed,Qi circulation and movement is normal,and then the movement of Qi,blood and water is unobstructed,Yin and Yang are balanced,and the spirit is well controlled.Emotional depression is mainly caused by the accumulation of negative emotions,its core pathogenesis is depression,and focus on the abnormal movement of Qi.With the development of the disease,it can also involve blood and body fluids,and can be transmitted into the mass and obstruction symptoms in the advanced stage.Sanjiao-Xuanfu is the gateway for the passage of Qi movement,the place for the generation of Qi,blood and body fluid and the master of the five Zang-organs.It can regulate the normal movement of Qi,blood and water in the Zang-Fu organs,bones and muscles.Because of this,Sanjiao-Xuanfu plays a vital role in regulating the generation,change and pathological changes of emotions.Sanjiao-Xuanfu,as the channel system of the human body,the general director of Qi movement,focuses on dredging.If its Qi is the harmony,the five Zang-organs will be harmony and the emotion will be normal and if there is Qi disorder,it will cause depression.
