摘要
目的:探究优质手术室护理配合在老年膝关节半月板损伤手术的应用价值。方法:选择我院2017年7月-2022年5月接受手术治疗的78例膝关节半月板损伤高龄患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=39,接受优质手术室护理配合)与对照组(n=39,接受常规手术室护理),对比2组患者术后疼痛度、Ramsay镇静评分、术后氧化应激指标、术前及术后CD^(4+)、CD^(8+)水平差异,统计2组患者围术期并发症发生率。结果:观察组患者术后4小时、6小时、12小时、24小时的VAS评分均低于对照组相应评分(P<0.05);观察组患者术后1天的SOD水平高于对照组,MDA水平低于对照组(P<0.05);术前2组患者CD^(4+)、CD^(8+)水平组间比较无差异(P>0.05),术后观察组患者CD^(4+)、CD^(8+)水平均明显高于对照组,并且术后2组患者的CD^(4+)水平均降低,CD^(8+)水平均升高(P<0.05);观察组患者围术期出现谱妄1例,并发症总发生率为2.56%(1/39),明显低于对照组患者的15.38%(6/39)(P<0.05);2组患者术前膝关节功能评分,术后7天膝关节活动度比较无差异(P>0.05),术后3个月观察组膝关节功能评分、膝关节活动度均高于对照组相应指标评分(P<0.05)。结论:对老年膝关节半月板损伤患者开展优质手术室护理,有助于改善患者术后疼痛度,缓解患者术后氧化应激及炎症状态,同时还有助于降低患者术后围术期各类并发症的发生率,具有一定的推广价值。
Objective:To explore the application value of high-quality operating room nursing cooperation in elderly patients with knee meniscus injury;Methods:78 elderly patients with knee meniscus injury who received surgical treatment in our hospital from July 2017 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into the study group(n=39,receiving high-quality operating room care)and the control group(n=39,receiving regular operating room care)according to the random number table method.The dfferences in postoperative pain,Ramsay sedation scores,postoperative oxidative stress indicators,preoperative and postoperative CD^(4+)The level of CD8+was different.According to statistics,the incidence of perioperative complications was different in the two groups;Results:The VAS scores of patients in the study group at 4h,6h,12h and 24h postoperatively were lower than the corresponding scores in the control group(P<0.05);the SOD levels of patients in the study group at 1d postoperatively were higher than those in the control group,and the MDA levels were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);there was no difference between the two groups in terms of CD^(4+)and CD^(8+)levels before surgery(P>0.05),and the CD4+and CD8+levels were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the CD^(4+)levels decreased and CD8+levels increased in both groups after surgery(P<0.05);one case of perioperative delirium occurred in the study group,and the total complication rate was 2.56%(1/39),which was significantly lower than that of 15.38%(6/39)in the control group(P<0.05);patients in both groups had preoperative knee function There was no difference in the preoperative knee function scores and knee mobility at 7 days after surgery between the two groups(P>0.05),and the knee function scores and knee mobility in the observation group were higher than the corresponding index scores in the control group at 3 months after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion:High quality operating room nursing for elderly patients with knee menisc
