摘要
外科手术是治疗痔疮的有效方法之一,其对保守治疗效果不佳的患者非常适用,医师可以结合不同患者情况实施相应的手术,如痔切除术、血栓外痔剥离术等。较以往而言,我国外科医学领域有非常显著的进步,痔疮手术方案也在不断改进,在提升手术安全性与效率等方面效果明显。但就算在这样的情况下,痔疮手术也存在一定风险性。因为痔疮部位解剖结构相对来说比较复杂,在一定程度上干扰了术后恢复,这便体现出强化术后干预的重要性。现如今,各类中医传统疗法不断应用于痔疮术后干预中,本文对中药熏洗联合雷火灸技术在痔疮术后患者中的应用进展进行了综述。
Surgery is one of the ffective methods for the treatment of hemorrhoids.It is very suitable for patients with poor conservative treatment.Doctors can combine dferent patients to implement corresponding operation,such as hemorrhoidectomy,thrombus external hemorrhoidectomy,etc.compared with the past,China has made very significant progress in the field of medicine abroad,and the hemorrhoid operation scheme is constantly improved,It is very beneficial to improve the safety and efficiency of surgery.But even under such circumstances,hemorrhoid surgery also has a certain risk,because the anatomical structure of hemorrhoids is relatively complex and interferes with postoperative recovery to a certain extent,which reflects the importance of strengthening postoperative intervention.Nowadays,all kinds of traditional Chinese medicine therapies are also constantly involved in the post-operative intervention of hemorrhoids.This article reviews the application of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with thunder fire moxibustion in patients with hemorrhoids after operation.
