摘要
试验通过探究沙粒对硝化细菌培养的影响因素,来研发高效硝化菌富集扩培技术,提高效益的同时降低成本。研究结果表明,反应器内投菌量存在饱和值,通过增加投加菌量的方式,无法有效的提升反应器的硝化速率,硝化菌富集速度受限。添加沙粒作为硝化菌载体可有效增加硝化速率,缩短氨氮的降解时间。以沙粒为载体培养过程中,硝化菌最适培养温度30℃,相比25℃培养情况下,氨氮去除时间可缩减一半以上。
By exploring the influence factors of sand on nitrifying bacteria culture,the experiment aims to develop efficient nitrifying bacteria enrichment and expansion technology to improve efficiency and reduce cost.The results showed that after the amount of bacteria in the reactor reached saturation,the nitrification rate of the reactor could not be improved by adding more bacteria.Adding sand as the carrier of nitrifying bacteria can effectively increase the nitrification intensity and shorten the degradation time of ammonia nitrogen.In the process of using sand as carrier culture,the optimal culture temperature of nitrifying bacteria was 30℃,and the removal time of ammonia nitrogen could be reduced by more than half compared with that at 25℃.
