摘要
甲状腺功能亢进症是临床上常见的甲状腺疾病之一,属于一种内分泌代谢病,不仅发病率高,还容易反复发作。甲状腺功能亢进症患者主要会出现易激动、烦躁失眠、怕热多汗、心悸乏力以及食欲亢进等症状,并且由于体内的甲状腺激素分泌的过多,使得代谢不断增强,会损害各系统功能,引发一系列并发症,严重危害患者的生命健康。目前临床上在治疗甲状腺功能亢进症方面,主要采用抗甲状腺药物、放射性碘及手术治疗。而随着研究进展的不断深入,中医药为甲状腺功能亢进症的治疗带来了新的方向。本文介绍了甲状腺功能亢进症的发病机制,并对中医药治疗的研究进展阐述如下。
Hyperthyroidism is one of the common thyroid diseases in clinic,which is an endocrine metabolic disease.It has a high incidence rate and is prone to recurrent attacks.Hyperthyroidism patients mainly have symptoms such as excitability,irritability,insomnia,fear of heat and sweating,palpitations and fatigue,as well as hyperappetite,and because of the excessive secretion of thyroid hormone in the body,the metabolism is constantly enhanced,which will damage the functions of various systems,cause a series of complications,and seriously endanger the life and health of patients.At present,the clinical treatment of hyperthyroidism mainly includes anti-thyroid drugs,radioactive iodine,and surgical treatment.With the continuous deepening of research progress,traditional Chinese medicine has brought new directions for the treatment of hyperthyroidism.This article introduces the pathogenesis of hyperthyroidism and elaborates on the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine treatment as follows.
