摘要
近年来,我国食用菌的产业规模不断扩大,产量和产值不断增加,在保障居民食物供给、促进就业率提升和增收、促进国民经济发展等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。食用菌在生产过程中会产生大量菌渣,这些菌渣具有营养成分丰富、用途广泛等特点,对其进行资源化利用能够在一定程度上实现我国食用菌产业的绿色化、循环化和可持续发展。因此,文章针对食用菌菌渣的堆肥化利用现状进行了综述,并对其开发利用方向进行了研究。
In recent years,the scale of China's edible fungus industry has been expanding,and its output and output value have been increasing.It is playing an increasingly important role in ensuring food supply for residents,promoting employment and income growth,and promoting national economic development.The production process of edible fungi in China will produce a large amount of mushroom residues,which are characterized by rich nutrients and wide uses.The resource utilization of these residues can achieve green,recycling,and sustainable development of the edible fungi industry to a certain extent.Therefore,this paper summarizes the current situation of the composting utilization of edible mushroom residues,and studies the direction of their development and utilization.
