无创呼吸机与有创呼吸机治疗重症哮喘患者的临床应用效果对比研究

摘要 目的:探析针对重症哮喘患者采用无创呼吸机与有创呼吸机治疗后的临床效果。方法:选取2018年10月~2020年6月本院收治的重症哮喘患者70例;将其统一编号后分为常规组和实验组,分别给予有创呼吸机治疗(n=35)和无创呼吸机治疗(n=35),对比两种治疗方法对重症哮喘患者的临床效果。结果:实验组治疗后的血气分析指标相比常规组改善效果较好,且常规组中无效治疗患者8例,实验组中无效治疗患者2例,两组相比有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.200,P=0.040),常规组在治疗期间出现6例并发症较实验组1例,发生率更高,两组相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对重症哮喘患者采用无创呼吸机治疗后的血气分析指标及临床效果显著。 Objective:To explore the clinical effects of non-invasive ventilator and invasive ventilator for patients with severe asthma.Methods:From October 2018 to June 2020,70 patients with severe asthma were admitted to our hospital;They were uniformly numbered and divided into routine group and experimental group,and were given invasive ventilator therapy(n=35)and non-invasive ventilator therapy respectively(n=35),compare the clinical effects of the two treatment methods on patients with severe asthma.Results:The blood gas analysis indicators of the experimental group after treatment showed better improvement compared to the conventional group,and there were 8 patients with ineffective treatment in the conventional group and 2 patients with ineffective treatment in the experimental group,with statistical significance compared to the two groups(χ^(2)=4.200,P=0.040),the conventional group experienced 6 complications during the treatment period,with a higher incidence rate compared to the experimental group,with a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The blood gas analysis indexes and clinical effects of non-invasive ventilator treatment for patients with severe asthma are significant.
