摘要
目的:探讨宫颈环形电切术联合阴道镜治疗宫颈癌前病变的疗效。方法:选取2019年7月~2022年6月本院收治的218例宫颈癌前病变患者作为研究对象,分为观察组(宫颈环形电切术联合阴道镜治疗)和对照组(宫颈环形电切术)各109例,比较两组宫颈癌前病变患者的手术治疗效果及术后恢复情况。结果:观察宫颈癌前病变患者的手术治疗情况,观察组患者的手术时间比对照组更短(t=16.354,P<0.05),观察组患者的术中出血量低于对照组(t=30.153,P<0.05),观察组患者的病变切除宽度、病变切除深度高于对照组(t=13.475,19.569,P<0.05)。观察宫颈癌前病变患者的术后恢复情况,观察组患者的阴道流液时间、住院时间比对照组更短(t=11.505,19.865,P<0.05)。观察宫颈癌前病变患者的术后并发症发生情况,低于对照组(χ^(2)=4.008,P<0.05)。观察宫颈癌前病变患者的切缘阳性、复发情况,观察组患者的切缘阳性率、复发率低于对照组(χ^(2)=10.937,4.172,P<0.05)。评价宫颈癌前病变患者对于手术治疗效果的满意度,观察组患者的满意度高于对照组(χ^(2)=5.168,P<0.05)。结论:在宫颈癌前病变的临床治疗中,宫颈环形电切术联合阴道镜治疗方法具有良好的应用疗效,能够快速、精准的切除病变组织,可以减少并发症发生对于术后恢复的影响,降低复发风险。
Objective:To investigate the effect of cervical ring resection combined with colposcopy for cervical precancerous.Methods:The 218 patients with anterior cervical cancer lesions admitted in our hospital from July 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the research object,which were divided into observation group(cervical ring electroresection combined with colposcopy)and 109 cases of control group(cervical ring electroresection)to compare the surgical treatment effect and postoperative recovery of two groups of patients with anterior cervical cancer lesions.Results:Surgical treatment of patients with cervical lesions,Operation time of patients in the observation group was shorter than the control group(t=16.354,P<0.05).Intraoperative blood loss in patients in the observation group than in the control group(t=30.153,P<0.05).The resection width of the lesions in the observation group,the resection depth of the lesion was higher than that in the control group(t=13.475,19.569,P<0.05).To observe the postoperative recovery of patients with cervical lesions,the time of vaginal fluid flow,was shorter than that in the control group(t=11.505,19.865,P<0.05).The occurrence of postoperative complications in patients with cervical precancerous was observed,and the complication rate of patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(χ^(2)=4.008,P<0.05).The positive margin and recurrence of the patients with cervical precancerous lesions were observed,and the positive margin rate of the patients in the observation group and the recurrence rate were lower than those of the control group(χ^(2)=10.937,4.172,P<0.05).To evaluate the satisfaction of patients with cervical precancerous with the effect of surgical treatment,the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(χ^(2)=5.168,P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of cervical cancer,cervical ring resection combined with colposcopy has good efficacy,can quickly and accurately remove diseased tissue,reduce the impac
