摘要
综述了林业价值评估体系的构建,讨论了以直接市场法和替代市场法两种分析方法构建林业资源的价值体系。以北京市大兴区林业资源为研究对象,选取评估指标,构建了大兴区以经济效益、生态效益、社会效益评估为核心的林业资源价值评估体系。根据大兴区的林业资源数据,对大兴区林业资源所产生的固碳释氧效益进行计算,大兴区森林面积为35030.77 hm^(2),经计算年固定CO_(2)522466.42 t,固碳价值1.4279×10^(14)元,释O_(2)量384637.85 t,释O_(2)价值1.5386×10^(14)元,以期为该区的林业资源建设提供一定的参考。
This paper summarizes the construction of forestry value evaluation system and discusses the use of direct market method and alternative market method to build the value system of forestry resources.Taking the forestry resources of Daxing District of Beijing as the research object,evaluation indicators are selected,and the forestry resources value evaluation system of Daxing District with economic,ecological and social benefits as the core is constructed.Based on the data of forestry resources in Daxing District,the benefits of carbon sequestration and oxygen release from forestry resources in Daxing District were calculated.From this index,the value of forestry resources in Daxing District was obtained.The forest area of Daxing District in Beijing was 35030.77 hm^(2);the annual fixed CO_(2)was 522466.42 t;the carbon sequestration value was 1.4279×10^(14)yuan;O_(2)release is 384637.85t;O_(2)release value was 1.5386×10^(14)yuan,with a view to providing some reference for the construction of forestry resources in the region.
