摘要
目的:探讨注射用黄芪多糖联合化疗对中晚期妇科恶性肿瘤患者的治疗效果。方法:选取2019年11月—2021年11月北京市房山区良乡医院收治的40例中晚期妇科恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各20例。对照组实施常规化疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用注射用黄芪多糖治疗。比较两组临床疗效、血清肿瘤标志物水平、免疫功能、不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.044)。治疗前,两组CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原199(CA199)、糖类抗原125(CA125)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组CEA、CA199、CA125水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.044)。结论:注射用黄芪多糖联合化疗对中晚期妇科恶性肿瘤患者的治疗效果显著,可改善患者免疫功能及血清肿瘤标志物水平,降低不良反应发生率。
Objective:To explore the treatment effect of astragalus polysaccharide for injection combined with chemotherapy in patients with advanced gynecological malignancies.Methods:A total of 40 patients with advanced gynecological malignancies treated in Liangxiang Hospital of Fangshan District of Beijing from November 2019 to November 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was given routine chemotherapy and the observation group was given astragalus polysaccharide for injection on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,serum tumor marker expression level,immune function and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The overall effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.044).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of CD4^(+),CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD4^(+),CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199)and carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of CEA,CA199 and CA125 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.044).Conclusion:Astragalus polysaccharide for injection combined with chemotherapy has significant treatment effect in patients with advanced gynecological malignancies,which can improve the levels of serum tumor markers and immune function,a
