摘要 10Cr9MoVNbN无缝钢管在弯制的过程中,表面出现裂纹。对此钢管产生裂纹的原因进行分析,利用Zeiss金相显微镜分析热弯萌生裂纹的无缝钢管的组织,利用Supra55扫描电子显微镜对裂纹进行断口分析,发现无缝钢管热弯时存在超温现象。因此得出实际操作中的超温导致的晶粒粗化和晶界过烧是钢管开裂的主要原因,而与弯制工艺参数选择无关。研究结果可为10Cr9MoVNbN无缝钢管的弯制工艺参数的选择提供参考,同时也可为热加工缺陷的预防提供经验。 A crack was found on the surface of 10Cr9MoVNbN during the process of bending.In order to find out the cause,the microstructure of seamless steel pipe with crack was investigated using Zeiss metallurgical microscope,and the fracture was analyzed using Supra55 scanning electron microscope.The results showed that there existed overheat during the hot bending process.So it is concluded that the grain coarsening and over burning of grain boundary resulted from overheat are the causes of cracking in the steel pipe,and it has nothing to do with selection of parameters of bending technology.The research results can provide reference for the selection of bending process parameters of 10Cr9MoVNbN seamless steel pipe,and provide experience for the prevention of hot working defects.
