摘要
“三个务必”是习近平总书记在党的二十大上提出的重要论断。深刻把握“三个务必”,需要从历史之维洞悉它是对中国共产党百年奋斗历程的深刻总结;从现实之维明晰它是统筹国内国际两个大局、向第二个百年奋斗目标迈进的战略举措;从关系之维理解它是一个相互支撑、功能互补的有机整体;从价值之维察知它对全面建设社会主义现代化国家、实现党的长期执政、激励党员干事创业具有重要意义。
The"Three Imperatives"is an important statement proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping at the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.To deeply grasp the"Three Imperatives",we need to understand it from the dimension of history that it is a profound summary of the centennial struggle of the CPC;from the dimension of practice,it is a strategic measure to coordinate the domestic and international overall situ⁃ation and move towards the second centenary goal;from the dimension of relationship,it is an organic whole that supports each other and complements each other's functions;from the dimension of value,it is of great signifi⁃cance for comprehensively building a socialist modernized country,achieving long-term governance of the Party,and encouraging Party members to cultivate career.
