低收缩高模量超高强混凝土制备技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对超高性能混凝土(UHPC)胶凝材料收缩大,弹性模量低等问题,通过添加玄武岩粗骨料和高强细骨料制备出具有高弹性模量(>54 GPa)、低收缩(<300με)和超高强(>150 MPa)的UHPC,并研究粗骨料掺量与细骨料种类对UHPC力学性能及收缩的影响。结果表明:随着粗骨料掺量的增加(0~800 kg/m3),UHPC抗压强度先提高后降低,静力受压弹性模量几乎呈线性提高;粗骨料掺量为0~200 kg/m3时,UHPC的抗弯拉强度变化较小,粗骨料掺量在200~800 kg/m3增加时,UHPC的抗弯拉强度明显降低;随粗骨料掺量的增加(0~800 kg/m3),UHPC的收缩逐渐减小,粗骨料掺量为600 kg/m3时,180 d收缩值为292με,仅为无粗骨料时的72.7%。 Aiming at the shortcomings of ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC)cementitious materials such as large shrinkage and low elastic modulus,UHPC with high elastic modulus(>54 GPa),low shrinkage(<300με)and ultra-high strength(>150 MPa)was prepared by adding basalt coarse aggregate and high strength fine aggregate,and the effects of coarse aggregate doping and fine aggregate type on UHPC mechanical properties and shrinkage were studied.The results show that:with the increase of crude aggregate doping(0~800 kg/m3),the UHPC compressive strength increases first and then decreases,and the elastic modulus of static compressive pressure increases almost linearly,when the coarse aggregate doping is 0~200 kg/m3,the UHPC bending tensile strength changes little,and the UHPC bending tensile strength decreases significantly when the rough aggregate dosage is 200~800 kg/m3.With the increase of coarse aggregate doping(0~800 kg/m3),the shrinkage of UHPC gradually decreases,and the 180 d shrinkage value of coarse aggregate doping is 292μεwhen the amount of coarse aggregate is 600 kg/m3,which is only 72.7%of the time without coarse aggregate.
